Richard’s first novel – Binge! is has now been published by published by iUniverse. It takes the unusual topic of childhood trauma and adult alcohol use as its theme, with the main character, Andy, undertaking counseling to resolve his difficulties.  His next novel will address teenage self-harm… Contact Richard for an update on the progress of this follow up.

Richard’s second novel – Alive and Cutting is to be published in August 2008 by iUniverse It takes you into the world of self-harming behaviour from the angle of a teenager in therapy trying to come to terms with her damaging a abusive past. 

Richard Bryant-Jefferies offers a range of workshops and activities in Surrey as well as nationally and internationally. Richard is a British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) registered practitioner with an interest in personal and spiritual growth. He also offers 'developmental dialogue sessions' on the telephone for person-centred practitioners interested in extending their understanding.
